Below, the real bottom, fake top, and real top in the S&P 500 history are shown in three charts.
I am using the reaction lines, reflective wave, and reaction waves to spot them with both trend following positions and trend trading positions. As mentioned before, I personally named such trading system as a 3R2PGaoTradingSystem (more details are still under developments, especially the part of incorporating trap-zone and money-making zones)

  1. Tiger, thanks for sharing. Just curious if you still feel we must go back to 1000 before we head up further on the next leg up. I too feel that we are in a new bull cycle, with a target of 1420.

  2. It's hard to tell. The market is always dynamically evolved. It may test 1000. It may not. We have to monitor the market closely.
