Nightmare of the 401 (K) plan

These days, the media are talking about the 401(K) plans or similar defined contribution plans. Actually, most of them are criticizing such defined contribution plans, compared to the traditional defined benefits plans such as pensions.

I think all of these articles are just a waste of the time. Because nothing is wrong with 401 (K). The problem is the people who are in charge of the 401 (K)s.

The 401 (K) system is ok. But, people need to learn how to avoid traps in the investment.
