    I know some people who only buy stock once or twice a year and travel all
    the time always make big profit from stock market year after year. Buy and
    hold for only 3 ~ 6 months then sell all the stocks. For them, it is not
    wise to spend their time in the stock market. Life is short and enjoyable.
    On the other hand, some of my friends watch stock market everyday always
    lose money. I think they enjoy gambling but not making money.

    I totally agree. BIG money can only be made with BIG trend.

    Sit tight when you are right.

    The keys are:

    1. Understand how the market moves

    2. Understand how the big trend is reversed

    3. Open the position at the start point of a big trend

    4. Patiently wait to close the position as the trend is reversed.

    5. Patiently wait, and wait ..., Big trend usually last 10 - 60 Months for Bulls and 6-24 Months for Bears ...

    6. Roughly estimate the time frame for the Big trend, and enjoy the life while patiently waiting ...

    7. Close the position and start another round of the big trend ...

    Trading is quite easy, and best of all, you will have tons of time to enjoy the life .....
